Pretty Pots Polish - Pink Spring review

Hello lovelies!
Today I am going to show you something that you won't see very often.. me wearing pink nail polish!   ;)
Pretty Pots Polish sent me some polish to review, and this is one of them.. Pink Spring.  I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it!
Pink Spring is a mix of blue butterflies, pale orange, lavender, mint green, and green glitter in a pale pink base. Quite a bit going on, but it all blends together perfectly!

This is only 2 coats! Applied great, no sticky up glitters at all.   Needed a top coat to smooth it all out, but most glittery polishes do.

Pretty Pots Polish can be found on Etsy, and they also have a Facebook page. Can't wait to show you the rest of the gorgeous polishes.  :)

Till next time!

Femme Fatale Burning Dusk review

Hello lovelies!
Today I have another review polish to share with you.. Burning Dusk from Femme Fatale Cosmetics.  This polish is from their new holo line, and its amazing!
Burning Dusk is a holo, but has a slight colour shift, so it goes from purple to blue.. two of my favourite nail polish colours!

I adore this polish! Formula was perfect, I really only needed one coat, but I did two out of habit.  Flowed smoothly onto my nail.  I only have a mini, but I will definitely be getting a full size!

I used Nfu-Oh Aqua Base, and Sally Hansen Diamond Flash top coat. I always use those products when I am using holo polishes.  The topcoat doesn't like the holo like some can.

Be sure to check out Femme Fatale Cosmetics!   They don't just sell their own amazing brand of polishes, but they also stock other local and international indie brands!

Till next time!

Cirque Iris review - pic heavy

Hello lovelies!
I was recently sent some polishes from Femme Fatale Cosmetics to review, and this is the second one.  Cirque Iris is a shimmery, multicoloured top coat.   I was excited when I opened my parcel, this is my very first Cirque and it definitely doesn't disappoint!
I could not decide what colour to layer it over, so I decided to go with an ombre mani!   From left to right is Picture Polish Bright White, Essie Chinchilly, W7 Slate and BYS Black.

Sorry that some of the pics are blurry, it was the only way I could capture the colourful sparkle!
This is such a gorgeous topper.. goes on lovely and smooth and I honestly think it would look great over any colour. This is 2 coats over each nail.. and I could of gotten away with one!  I can see myself using this topper alot. :)

Rainbow Honey Fire Spring review

Hello lovelies!
Have I got something to show you today!  I was recently sent some polishes from Femme Fatale Cosmetics to review, and this is the first.

This is Rainbow Honeys Fire Spring, from The Summer of 199X collection.
The Summer of 199X is a collection featuring 10 new colors inspired by the 1995 SNES hit, Earthbound.  I have never played the game, but it must be amazing to inspire such gorgeous polishes!

Rainbow Honeys site describes Fire Spring as  'a coppery orange shimmer, is bursting with holographic glitters and the glowing embers of the last sanctuary'.

This is 3 thin coats, and when I first saw the polish I was worried it would be bumpy, but it went on so smooth, and only needed one coat of topcoat (I used Duri Miracote Top Coat) and it was perfect!

Look how gorgeous and sparkly it is!

Femme Fatale don't just sell their own amazing brand of polishes, but they also stock other local and international indie brands! Check them out here!

*The products in this post were sent to me for my honest review. This in no way affects my opinion of them. Please see my disclosure policy for more info. *

I like big butts and I cannot lie...

Well, when they are filled with nail polish I do!  Hmmm.. that just sounds wrong, doesn't it?  lol  I am actually talking about the Bootie Babe nail polish brand!   Who wouldn't love bootie shaped bottles?  ;)

How cute is that!  lol  This polish is Hanky Spanky, a purple glitter in a clear base. I have it layered over Milani Blue Jay.

Another pic to show how awesomely glowy the glitter is!
Also attempted some stamping with my new Konad set, and so happy with how it turned out. :)

Be sure to check out out Bootie Babes FB page here, and their polishes can be bought on their website

Milani polishes can also be found on their website.

Till next time!

Zombies Without Brains - Love Thy Polish

Hi all!
Oops, been a bit slack on the posting front lately! We have just gone from Winter to Spring here is Australia, which is playing havoc with my seasonal allergies. I will try to post more though, I promise.   ;)

Today I have a sneak peek of one of Love Thy Polish new Halloween polishes!  This one is Zombies Without Brains.

There is another version of this, called Zombie Brains, which has pink dots in it. I will show that one closer to Halloween.

The green on my ring finger is a franken I made over the weekend. I love frankening, you get to use polishes you otherwise wouldn't of, and get to make something you will wear!

You may have noticed by now, I show alot of Love Thy Polish nail polishes. ;)  That is partly because I am good friends with the owner, Emma, but mainly because I think her polishes are amazing and worth spending your hard earned money on!

This polish will be available sometime in September.  But while you wait, check out her other gorgeous polishes at   www.lovethypolish.com for Aussies, and for international peeps, at

Till next time!
